The anti-collision method comprises the following steps: generating a trajectory safety area according to a target trajectory route of the vehicle; correcting a track line safety area according to the position and the driving direction of the vehicle; whether there is a collision risk between the vehicles is predicted by determining whether the vehicle trajectory safety area coincides with the vehicles except the vehicle.
