Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a chitin monatomic nano-enzyme and a preparation method and application thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding chitin powder into water containing 5, 5-dimethyl-1-pyrroline-N-oxide and sodium bromide, adding sodium hypochlorite and sodium hydroxide, stirring for reaction, and dialyzing; carrying out ultrasonic treatment, centrifugation and rotary evaporation concentration in an ice bath by using a cell crusher to obtain chitin nanofibers; (2) dropwise adding a Zn (NO3) 2.6 H2O aqueous solution into the chitin nanofiber suspension liquid; after dispersing, dropwise adding a target metal salt solution, stirring and reacting in an ice bath, and freeze-drying to obtain a chitin nanofiber compound; heating and calcining the sample, treating with HCl, washing, and freeze-drying to obtain the metal atom nano-enzyme.
