Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of medicines, and discloses application of TDMQ20 (the structural formula is as follows) in preparation of medicines for inhibiting and treating neuroinflammation induced by LPS (lipopolysaccharide). According to the application, the activity of the TDMQ20 for inhibiting the LPS-induced neuroinflammation is researched, and the result shows that the TDMQ20 can effectively inhibit the activation effect of the LPS on microglial cells; the expression of inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-alpha is effectively inhibited; meanwhile, the generation of NO induced by LPS can be remarkably inhibited, and the effect of TDMQ20 on the aspects of regulating and controlling neuroinflammation and reducing inflammation indexes is proved. Animal behavioral studies show that TDMQ20 can alleviate LPS-induced mouse dysmnesia and improve mouse memory impairment, and provides evidence for TDMQ20 as a potential drug which has a prospect and can treat neuroinflammation-related diseases. # imgabs0 #
