Optical coupling device

The invention provides an optical coupling device. The optical coupling device comprises a first chip and a second chip. One of the first chip and the second chip is a light output chip, the other of the first chip and the second chip is a light sensing chip, and a light output surface of the light output chip is arranged opposite to a light receiving surface of the light sensing chip. The first chip and the second chip are both gallium nitride chips.
