The method comprises the following steps: firstly, acquiring remote sensing image data, and inverting surface temperature (LST) by adopting a radiation transfer equation (RTE) to obtain LST data; secondly, normalizing the LST, and dividing the LST into five grades of high temperature, secondary high temperature, medium temperature, secondary low temperature and low temperature by adopting an average value standard deviation method; a high-temperature heat island and a secondary-high-temperature heat island are stipulated as initial heat islands, and a point element set of the initial heat islands is obtained through a grid-to-point method. And performing clustering analysis on the point data set by using a DBSCAN algorithm to obtain a plurality of groups of heat island clustering results.
