Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of online monitoring, and particularly relates to a method and a device for judging the water content of a material in a microwave drying process, which are used for obtaining the water content of a water-containing thin-layer medium in a drying process in a power microwave field. The method is a real-time and online moisture content judgment method in the power microwave drying process, the characteristics of reflected waves and transmitted waves do not need to be detected, and the method has a structure and a method different from those of a previous method. The relationship between the temperature change rate of the water-containing thin-layer medium and the water content in the microwave drying process is theoretically deduced, and thin-layer medium microwave drying experiments of various different materials are carried out, so that the effectiveness of the method is proved.
