The two sides of the low cover plate are arranged on the two sides of the notch, the top of the low cover plate is lower than the top of the roof panel so that a preset height difference can exist between the low cover plate and the roof panel, the ventilation opening is formed through the preset height difference so that a sunken clerestory can be formed, the use of a protruding clerestory is avoided, and the use cost of the clerestory is reduced.
