Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of deformed titanium alloys, relates to a titanium alloy and a structure control method for improving the specific dynamic performance of the titanium alloy, and provides a nominal composition quantitative control method based on molybdenum equivalent, aluminum equivalent and density equivalent. The nominal composition of the titanium alloy is composed of 5-7 alloying elements including Al, Sn, Zr and 2-4 of Mo, Cr, Nb, Fe, Ni, V and Mn. The structure control method based on the titanium alloy comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a cast ingot; 2, high-efficiency cogging of the cast ingot; 3, forging stock double-phase spheroidizing and modified forging; fourthly, the blank is finally formed; and 5, forging heat treatment.
