The invention relates to the technical field of molecular biological detection of food safety, and discloses an RAA primer group for detecting camel-derived components, a kit, a detection method and application. An upper primer, a lower primer and a probe are designed and obtained by taking a camel cytochrome B gene as a target gene. The RAA detection method comprises the following steps: 1) extracting genome DNA of a sample to be detected; 2) taking the extracted genome DNA as a template, adopting the kit provided by the invention and preparing a corresponding reaction system for RAA amplification; and (3) judging a detection result according to an amplification curve and peak appearance time. The method has the characteristics of strong specificity, high sensitivity, simplicity in operation and the like, provides a new molecular biological detection means for camel-derived detection, is suitable for rapid detection in a basic detection unit or on site, and has good research and popularization values and app
