Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a dendrobium officinale gene for regulating and controlling plant southern blight resistance and application of the dendrobium officinale gene. According to the application, by cloning the Dendrobium officinale DcJAZ1/2 gene and constructing an expression vector, Sclerotium delphinii is used for infecting Arabidopsis thaliana after overexpression of DcJAZ1/2, the average scab areas of DcJAZ1 and DcJAZ2 transgenic lines are respectively 11.37 mm < 2 > and 12.92 mm < 2 >, which are extremely obviously greater than the average scab area (3.96 mm < 2 >) of wild Arabidopsis thaliana, and the negative regulation effect of DcJAZ1/2 overexpression on southern blight is shown. According to phenotype observation and statistics of overexpression of the dendrobium officinale DcJAZ1/2 gene in a model plant arabidopsis thaliana, the expression of DcJAZ1/2 is regulated and controlled, and the resistance of plants to southern blight is expected to be regulated and controlled.
