Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an Enterobacter cloacae ZJUT16 and an application thereof. The Enterobacter cloacae ZJUT16 with the reduction reaction capability of a nitro compound (particularly m-nitroacetophenone) is obtained by screening from soil through a substrate enrichment culture strategy. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the Enterobacter cloacae ZJUT16 and an application of the Enterobacter cloacae ZJUT16. The nitroreductase EcNTR contained in the nitroreductase EcNTR can be used for reducing nitro compounds to prepare aromatic amines, and is especially used for converting m-nitroacetophenone to prepare an important intermediate m-aminoacetophenone in synthesis of phenylephrine drugs, antitumor drugs and sedative-hypnotic drugs.
