Zusammenfassung: | Based on the fact that citrulline can remarkably promote pathogenicity of fusarium oxysporum, the invention discloses a biocontrol bacterium YDTA3 which has efficient citrulline metabolism capacity and is used for preventing and controlling fusarium wilt of continuous cropping watermelons and cucumbers, and the biocontrol bacterium YDTA3 is classified and named as Pseudomonas putida. The strain is preserved in the China Center for Type Culture Collection on July 10, 2023, and the preservation number of the strain is CCTCC NO: M 20231178.
