The invention relates to a track fitting device for a movable reinforcement cage binding platform wheel set, which comprises a movable reinforcement cage binding platform, a wheel set, an oil cylinder, a spring, a bolt and a pressure sensor, the lower part of the movable reinforcement cage binding platform is placed on a track through the wheel set, and the movable reinforcement cage binding platform moves through the wheel set; the wheel set and the movable reinforcement cage binding platform are connected through bolts, and a certain gap allowance is reserved to be matched with adjustment of the height of the wheel set. An oil cylinder and a spring are further connected between the wheel set and the movable reinforcement cage binding platform, and a pressure sensor is arranged on an axle of the wheel set and used for detecting the pressure of the wheel set on the rail in real time. According to the rail attaching device, the platform wheel set can be well attached to the rail, danger caused by suspension of
