Zusammenfassung: | The container (1) can store a transmission suppression liquid (LI) that suppresses the transmission of laser light. The laser head (10) emits laser light. The transmittance detection sensor (42) detects the transmittance of the permeation suppression liquid (LI) stored in the container (1). The liquid level sensor (45) is fixed to the laser head (10) and detects the relative distance to the liquid level of the permeation suppression liquid (LI). The controller (50) controls the emission of the laser beam to the workpiece (WO) by the laser head (10) on the basis of the detection results of the transmittance detection sensor (42) and the liquid level sensor (45).
容器(1)能够贮存抑制激光的透过的透过抑制液(LI)。激光头(10)射出激光。透过率检测传感器(42)检测贮存于容器(1)内的透过抑制液(LI)的透过率。液面传感器(45)固定于激光头(10),检测与透过抑制液(LI)的液面的相对距离。控制器(50)基于透过率检测传感器(42)以及液面传感器(45)的检测结果,对由激光头(10)进行的激光向被加工件(WO)的射出进行控制。 |
