The in-vehicle electrical apparatus includes: a substrate on which at least one electronic component is mounted; a housing which accommodates the substrate; a substrate support part which is provided in the housing so as to support the substrate, and which is naturally cooled or forcibly cooled; a facing part provided on the housing so as to face the substrate support part with a gap therebetween; and a pressing mechanism which is supported by the facing part and presses the electronic component of the substrate supported by the substrate supporting part or the substrate against the substrate supporting part.
