The dustproof outdoor security monitoring device comprises a control box, a mounting tube, a camera and a base, the mounting pipe is located between the control box and the base, the camera is mounted in the mounting pipe, a hollow connecting pipe is arranged between the base and the control box, the connecting pipe is located at one end of the mounting pipe, and a transparent dustproof plate is arranged at the other end of the mounting pipe; the dustproof plate is arranged at the end of the mounting pipe in a sliding mode, a containing groove for containing the top of the dustproof plate is formed in the control box, a cleaning groove is formed in the base, and cleaning cloth is arranged on the inner wall of the cleaning groove.
