Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-power resistor and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the high-power resistor comprises the following steps: providing a resistor base material, wherein the resistor base material comprises an alloy resistor material and a copper metal layer; forming a cuprous oxide layer on the resistor substrate by using the copper metal layer; pasting the resistor base material on the ceramic base material, wherein the cuprous oxide layer is positioned between the resistor base material and the ceramic base material; performing a sintering process on the resistor base material and the ceramic base material to form a composite base material; and forming a plurality of terminal electrodes on the composite substrate to form the high-power resistor.
