The invention discloses a wireless multi-parameter fusion sensor which comprises a closed container composed of a sensor shell and an insulating cover, and a fusion detection unit, a signal processing unit and a wireless transceiving unit are arranged in the closed container. The signal processing unit is electrically connected with the wireless transceiving unit and the fusion detection unit respectively; the fusion detection unit is used for acquiring a vibration signal, an ultrasonic signal and a temperature signal and sending the vibration signal, the ultrasonic signal and the temperature signal to the signal processing unit, and the wireless transceiving unit transmits the vibration signal, the ultrasonic signal and the temperature signal to a far end; reliable data support is provided for comprehensive reliability evaluation of the state of the power equipment through multi-parameter signal detection, the problem that existing sensor equipment is low in integration level is solved, and meanwhile the wor
