The quantitative detection method comprises the following steps: acquiring a liquid chromatogram curve graph of the livestock and poultry products; obtaining a standard curve of the fluoroquinolones with known concentrations; extracting curve characteristics of the liquid chromatogram curve graph; extracting standard curve characteristics of the standard curve; and based on the curve characteristics and the standard curve characteristics, determining the content value of the residual fluoroquinolones in the livestock and poultry product. Therefore, a deep learning algorithm is utilized to take a standard curve of the fluoroquinolones with known concentration as induction information, and a nonlinear correlation model between the liquid chromatogram curve graph and the content of the fluoroquinolones residues is established, so that the quantification of the fluoroquinolones residues is |
