Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a kit for simultaneously detecting nine flavor nucleotides in livestock and poultry products, and the flavor nucleotides comprise cytidine monophosphate, uridylic acid, guanylic acid, inosinic acid, adenylic acid, hypoxanthine, inosine, adenosine diphosphate and adenosine triphosphate. The kit comprises a high-concentration extraction reagent, a standard curve solution, a high-concentration phosphate buffer solution, a pH adjusting solution A and a pH adjusting solution B, the high-concentration extraction reagent is perchloric acid; the standard curve solution is a mixed solution of nine flavor nucleotides; the high-concentration phosphate buffer solution is a monopotassium phosphate solution and a dipotassium phosphate solution; the pH adjusting solution A is sodium hydroxide; and the pH adjusting solution B is phosphoric acid.
