Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a novel method for measuring the interfacial shear performance of fine fibers in a thermoplastic film. According to the method, a novel experimental method between fiber pull-out and microbead debonding experiments is provided for the first time. The experimental method comprises the following steps: firstly, manufacturing a thermoplastic film into a standard sample film; preparing a plastic mold for hot pressing; clamping the fine fibers in a two-layer plastic mold, wrapping the outer layer with a thermoplastic film, and performing hot pressing to prepare a standard sample; then carrying out a tensile test on the standard sample by using a universal testing machine to obtain the maximum load during debonding; and calculating to obtain the interfacial shear strength between the fine fiber and the thermoplastic film.
