Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a compensation method of a vibration measuring instrument and the vibration measuring instrument, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining time domain data, and obtaining frequency spectrum data through FFT (Fast Fourier Transform); drawing an amplitude-frequency curve for analysis according to an FFT conversion result; correcting the corresponding spectral lines according to the analysis result; and recalculating the effective value RMS according to the corrected data. Through research, the inventor finds that the reason for inaccuracy of a value obtained when a vibration meter tests a vibration signal is that a frequency response curve of an acceleration sensor is not ideal, a frequency domain compensation method is adopted, namely, a frequency spectrum is obtained through FFT transformation, a corresponding spectral line is corrected, then an effective value is recalculated, and the frequency response curve of the acceleration sensor is not ideal. Therefore, the problem that the
