Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of nucleic acid detection kits, in particular to a respiratory tract pathogenic microorganism and drug-resistant gene nucleic acid detection kit (gene chip method). The kit contains all reagents and consumables required by PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) amplification reaction and gene chip hybridization reaction, when the kit is used, DNA (Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid) is firstly amplified by using a special primer, then hybridization is carried out through a specific gene probe and a gene chip, and finally, multiple respiratory tract pathogenic microorganisms and drug-resistant genes in a sample are simultaneously detected. Based on a gene chip technology and in combination with a novel multiplex PCR amplification technology, the invention provides a novel respiratory tract pathogenic bacterium and drug-resistant gene detection technology which is high in detection flux and sensitivity, good in identification accuracy, simple and convenient to operate and low in cost |
