Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of biological fermentation, in particular to a fermentation medium for improving black fungus melanin yield and application thereof. According to the fermentation culture medium provided by the invention, the yield of melanin in the black fungus fermentation liquid can be remarkably increased by 22.3% compared with that of a PDA culture medium through compounding of proper components at proper concentration, the melanin has the advantages of relatively high in-vitro antioxidant activity and the like, a melanin solution has relatively high scavenging capacity on DPPH free radicals, OH free radicals and ABTS free radicals, and IC50 is 3.82 mg/mL, 2.06 mg/mL and 144.20 mg/mL respectively.
