Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a control method of a steering wheel and a control system applied to the steering wheel, the control system comprises an electronic control unit and a plurality of pressure sensors, and the method comprises the steps that the electronic control unit obtains pressing force generated when a driver presses the steering wheel from the pressure sensors; the electronic control unit determines a pressing position when the driver presses the steering wheel according to the pressing force; and the electronic control unit triggers a target function of the steering wheel according to the pressing position. According to the method, a plurality of pressure sensors are arranged under the steering wheel, the pressing position of a driver is determined according to the pressing force of the driver obtained by the pressure sensors, the corresponding target function is triggered, the corresponding steering wheel functions can be achieved when the driver presses the different positions of the steering whe
