The two ends of the first screw extend out of the first fixing block and are fixed to the first positioning plate and the rotating block respectively, the second fixing block is in threaded connection with the second screw, the two ends of the second screw extend out of the second fixing block and are fixed to the second positioning plate respectively, air cylinders are fixed to the two ends of the U-shaped frame respectively, and piston rods of the air cylinders are fixed to the positioning rods.
