The cylinder aligning device comprises a first fixing mechanism, a second fixing mechanism and a third fixing mechanism, the detection mechanism comprises a lifting assembly, a rotating chassis and a displacement sensor; the aligning mechanism comprises a second fixing base plate, a horizontal adjusting module and a vertical adjusting module, the horizontal adjusting module and the vertical adjusting module are located on the second fixing base plate, and the second fixing base plate is located on the first fixing base plate, arranged on the periphery of the lifting assembly in a sleeving mode and used for bearing the barrel to be machined; the horizontal adjusting module and the vertical adjusting module are used for adjusting the displacement of the barrel to be machined in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction correspondingly.
