| Zusammenfassung: | A dust removal device (100) is provided with: a cover plate (102) that covers a sensor detection unit (10); and a blowing unit (104) that has a buffer tank (106), a wall attachment path (108), and a blow-out opening (110), and that blows a fluid (F) toward the cover plate (102). The buffer tank (106) temporarily stores the fluid (F). The wall attachment path (108) connects the buffer tank (106) and the blow-out opening (110), has a curved wall attachment surface (114), and guides the fluid (F) flowing from the buffer tank (106) into the wall attachment path (108) to the blow-out opening (110) while attracting the fluid (F) to the wall attachment surface (114) side by a wall attachment effect. The blow-out opening (110) blows out the fluid (F) in a direction along the surface of the cover plate (102).
