Zusammenfassung:A wind power plant energy storage capacity configuration method considering carbon benefits and auxiliary frequency modulation comprises the following steps: firstly, constructing an energy storage capacity double-layer planning model based on model algorithm control; the upper layer model takes energy storage minimum output and charge and discharge balance as targets, and adopts an MAC algorithm to solve an output sequence of energy storage stabilizing wind power fluctuation. And then, formulating a multi-scene collaborative energy storage operation strategy based on the SOC according to the stabilizing sequence solved at the upper layer. The lower-layer model takes the maximum energy storage comprehensive income as a target, introduces a carbon transaction mechanism, takes an energy storage operation strategy as a constraint condition, and adopts a Harris eagle intelligence algorithm to solve the optimal energy storage capacity.
