Wherein the solid waste cementing material is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 65 to 75 percent of fly ash, 5 to 10 percent of desulfurized gypsum and 10 to 20 percent of red mud; the solid waste aggregate is prepared by crushing and screening construction waste. Compared with a traditional cement-stabilized natural macadam base material, the solid waste base material and the constructed solid waste base material have good corrosion resistance, permeation resi
