Partial probing for line-of-sight multiple-input multiple-output multiplexing

Aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communications. In some aspects, a receiving device may transmit a line-of-sight (LOS) multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) channel sounding configuration to a transmitting device, the configuration indicating one or more channel sounding parameters for a partial sounding process associated with the LOS MIMO channel. The receiving device may receive, from the transmitting device, at least one sounding reference signal (SRS) based at least in part on the one or more channel sounding parameters.
