The invention provides an isolation signal transmission circuit, a chip and electronic equipment, the circuit comprises a modulation module and a transmission module, the modulation module outputs a first pulse train at a first moment corresponding to a rising edge of a to-be-transmitted signal according to the to-be-transmitted signal and a preset oscillation signal, outputting a second pulse train at a second moment corresponding to the falling edge of the signal to be transmitted, and outputting a third pulse train at a third moment every first preset time to obtain a modulation signal; and the transmission module drives and isolates the modulation signal to obtain an isolation signal, identifies a target pulse train in the isolation signal, outputs monopulse with a corresponding width according to the number of pulses contained in the target pulse train to obtain a conversion signal, and demodulates according to the width of the monopulse in the conversion signal to obtain a target transmission signal.
