The silver powder, the aluminum oxide and the silicon oxide are mixed and dissolved in an organic system to prepare the electrode paste, during sintering, the added ceramic powder has the sintering characteristic similar to that of a ceramic body, and the adhesive force between an external electrode and the ceramic body can be improved due to the fact that the ceramic powder contains a small amount of glass; and the problems of double pieces and bowl sticking during sintering can be effectively avoided, so that the problem of adhesion between components during sintering is solved, and the sintering efficiency and the electrode stability are improved. 本发明属于电极浆料领域,具体公开一种外部电极浆料及其制备方法和应用。本发明通过将银粉与氧化铝、氧化硅混合溶解于有机体系中制得电极浆料,在烧结时,加入的陶瓷粉具备与陶瓷体相似的烧结特性,且含有少量的玻璃可提高外部电极与陶瓷体的附着力;可有效避免烧结出现的孖片、粘钵问题,从而解决烧结时元器件之间的粘连问题,提高烧结效率和电极稳定性。
