Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a miniature optical scanning system and a laser radar. The scanning system comprises an optical assembly and a driving device. The optical assembly comprises at least one micro lens assembly; the micro lens assembly comprises a first surface and a second surface; an output light path of the point light source forms first output light after passing through the first surface; the optical assembly is connected to the driving device, and the driving device drives the optical assembly to move on a plane perpendicular to the output light path so as to change the output angle of the first output light; the first output light forms second output light after passing through the second surface, and the output angle of the second output light is a preset output angle; wherein the output angle is an included angle between the output light and the optical axis of the first surface.
