Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a homocysteine detection kit. The homocysteine detection kit comprises a first reagent, a second reagent, a third reagent and a sample diluent, the first reagent is a preserving fluid containing S-adenosine-L-homocysteine hydrolase, and the second reagent is a preserving fluid containing conjugated S-adenosine-cysteine and adenosine. The third reagent is a preservation solution containing microspheres coated with an S-adenosine-L-homocysteine antibody, a sample diluent is a TCEP aqueous solution, and the first reagent and the second reagent can be stably preserved at 4 DEG C for 14 months respectively, so that the requirements of a biochemical platform on reagent stability are completely met. Wherein the first reagent and the second reagent are good in stability within four weeks after being mixed, can be pre-mixed before on-machine detection, and accord with the limitation of the existing full-automatic biochemical analysis platform on the number of reagents, so that the quantitative d
