Comprising a gas charging and distributing system, a dust pyrolysis system, a parameter analysis system and a data acquisition system, an optical fiber and a gas port are arranged on the visual closed heating device, the visual closed heating device is connected with the parameter analysis system through the optical fiber, the visual closed heating device is connected with the gas charging and distributing system through the gas port, and the visual closed heating device is electrically connected with the data acquisition system; the gas charging and distributing system provides a vacuum environment, a combustible gas and air mixed environment or a combustible gas environment for the visual closed heating device; according to the method, the pyrolysis process of different combustible dust in the combustible a
