Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a terahertz metasurface polarization detector based on vortex mode recognition, and belongs to the technical field of novel artificial electromagnetic materials and terahertz science. A spin decoupling all-dielectric metasurface is adopted, and a pair of vortex beams with opposite topological charges is generated based on independent phase modulation under left-handed and right-handed circular polarization incidence. Through the mode analysis of the transmission vortex field, the polarization parameter describing the incident polarization state can be completely obtained. The polarization state of the incident wave is reconstructed by using polarization ellipse, Poincare sphere and full Stokes parameters. The terahertz metasurface polarization detector has significant application potential in ultra-compact polarization detection devices, polarization imaging and related fields.
