Meanwhile, the invention discloses a method for culturing by using the sheep small intestine organoid culture medium. The culture medium disclosed by the invention can promote stem cells in each intestinal segment crypt of the small intestine of the sheep family to proliferate and differentiate so as to form organoids in vitro; and the method also has the advantages of few used growth factors, low cost and high consistency.
