Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a dry fractionation method of beef tallow, and the dry fractionation method of the beef tallow comprises the following steps: degumming raw beef tallow to obtain degummed oil; deacidifying and decolorizing the degummed oil to obtain refined beef tallow; completely melting the refined beef tallow, continuously heating for a first preset time, and rapidly cooling to a first preset temperature; and cooling the refined beef tallow to a first crystallization temperature at a first preset cooling rate, growing crystal at the first crystallization temperature for a second preset time, and filtering to respectively obtain a liquid grease product and a solid grease product.
