The invention aims to solve the problems of environmental pollution, long time consumption and high energy consumption in the existing graphite purification method. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out hydrothermal reaction by using a mixed solution of phosphoric acid and hydrofluoric acid to obtain primary purified graphite, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction by using a mixed solution of phosphoric acid and disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate to obtain secondary purified graphite; and performing deep purification by using microwave plasma microwave treatment and starting a direct-current power supply.
