The high-voltage PTC heating control system suitable for the pure electric vehicle comprises a high-voltage control area and a low-voltage control area which are electrically separated, and the high-voltage control area comprises a power module, a plurality of PTC heating branches connected in parallel, an IGBT driving module, a processor module and a temperature measuring module; the low-voltage control area comprises a power supply module, a processor module and a communication module, and when the high-voltage control area and the whole vehicle system generate communication requirements, communication content is firstly sent to the processor module of the low-voltage control area through the digital isolator and then sent to the whole vehicle system through the communication module by the low-voltage control area. A low-voltage battery of a new energy automobile is used as power supply input of a low-voltage end digital part and supplies power to a high-voltage control area digital part after a series of i
