The method comprises the following steps: adding wild jujube roots, L-methionine and glycerol into water, and heating and refluxing to obtain the wild jujube root aqueous extract, the mass volume ratio of the wild jujube root to the L-methionine to the glycerol to the water is 1g: 0.5 g: (0.3-0.9) g: (5-20) mL. The L-methionine and the glycerol are added into the water, so that the dissolution of alkaloid, flavone and sterol substances in the wild jujube roots can be promoted, and the preparation method has the characteristics of simplicity, low cost and easiness in industrial preparation.
