According to the invention, the ultra-wideband performance of a plurality of octaves can be met, and the higher harmonic suppression ratio is remarkably improved; the phase shift regulation and control unit is introduced, the suppression degree of third harmonic and higher harmonic can be improved through the frequency divider and the combiner, and the problem of gain deterioration of cross frequency bands of the combiner is solved; the first low-frequency balun, the first high-frequency balun, the second low-frequency balun and the second high-frequency balun are adopted, so that the second harmonic power can be suppressed.
