The invention relates to a switching type power converter and an active electromagnetic interference filter circuit thereof. The switching type power converter comprises a power level circuit which comprises at least one transistor and is used for switching an inductor so as to convert an input power supply into an output power supply; the active electromagnetic interference filter circuit comprises at least one amplifier, the at least one amplifier is used for sensing a noise input signal and amplifying the noise input signal to generate a noise elimination signal, and the noise input signal is related to switching noise generated when the power level circuit is switched.
