Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an optical coherence tomography sidelobe artifact suppression method and device, which can effectively solve the counterbalance between the axial resolution and the sidelobe suppression effect in a spectral domain method and do not need to carry out any measurement and calculation and priori estimation on the PSF of an OCT system. The method comprises the following steps: (1) constructing a multi-window reconstruction window function, and performing multi-window shaping on an acquired spectrum to prepare for subsequent iterative optimization; (2) establishing an OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) spectrum resolving model oriented to a sidelobe suppression reconstruction task; (3) based on the solution model established in the step (2), introducing sparse continuous priori knowledge constraints, and generating a multispectral sparse continuous priori iterative optimization reconstruction method; (4) carrying out a reconstruction optimization calculation process based on prior constraint
