The present invention relates to a code reading device for detecting at least one-dimensional opto-electronic codes, the code reading device comprising: an illumination device configured to emit an emission light beam for generating an emission spot on an opto-electronic code to be detected; the scanning device comprises a swinging mirror which can pivot around at least a first pivot axis in a swinging mode, and the scanning device is configured to sequentially scan the photoelectric codes in at least a first scanning direction by deflecting the emitting light beams and utilizing the emitting light spots; a photoelectric sensor configured to detect the emission light converted by the photoelectric code and convert the emission light into an electrical reception signal; and a control device cooperating with the photoelectric sensor and the scanning device to control the scanning device and generate an electronic code including information encoded in the photoelectric code according to the received signal. 本发明涉
