The system comprises an area setting module and a point design module. Firstly, the area setting module can adopt a manual mode to preliminarily set a layout area of monitoring point positions on a steel bridge connecting plate; or the stress distribution condition of the bolts on the steel bridge connecting plate can be analyzed through a finite element analysis method, and the area with the large stress is determined to serve as the arrangement area. Therefore, the number of subsequent schemes participating in deduction can be reduced, and the scheme design efficiency is improved.
