The system comprises an acquisition module and a correction module, and firstly, the acquisition module can determine a characteristic period correction value corresponding to a near-fault seismic oscillation calibration spectrum according to a site type; and then, the correction module can correct the characteristic periods of curve segments below 0.5 s and above 1 s in the near-fault seismic oscillation gauge spectrum according to the characteristic period correction value, so that the descending segment of the near-fault seismic oscillation gauge spectrum is pushed rightwards.
