The beryllium metal surface vitrification spherical reflector is of a composite structure and comprises a beryllium metal substrate layer and a surface glass layer laminated on the surface of the beryllium metal substrate layer. Wherein the surface glass layer is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 10 to 20 percent of S < i > O < 2 >, 15 to 20 percent of B < 2 > O < 3 >, 45 to 60 percent of PbO, 6 to 10 percent of Na < 2 > O, 4 to 8 percent of K < 2 > O, 30 to 0.5 percent of As < 2 > O < 3 >, 0.2 to 1.5 percent of Ce < 2 > O < 3 > and 0.8 to 1.2 percent of Sb < 2 > O < 3 >.
