According to the invention, parallel acquisition and synchronous high-speed processing are carried out on multi-path sensor data based on an on-chip processing technology; through a multi-sensor data fusion motion state estimation algorithm, the motion state of a magnetic flux leakage joint is estimated in real time in the bend entering process of the magnetic flux leakage detection device, and the bend entering and exiting position is pre-positioned, so that the intensity of an excitation magnetic field is adaptively switched at the bent and linear parts of a pipeline.
